Sampled Knit represents the zeitgeist of contemporary Finnish identity. The typeface evolved through an iterative process and its meaning is as much in this as it is in the final form. An exploratory and limited character set include Latin capitals, along with an adieresis, an aring and an odieresis as to complete the Finnish alphabet. It also includes numerals and a set of punctuation.
